What can I hire a flower wall for?
Flower walls are mainly used as displays for weddings, engagements, parties, christenings, bah mitzvahs, baby showers, bridal showers, corporate functions, exhibitions, and more.
Where can a flower wall be put up?
As most of our flower walls are large heavy structures, it is best to be placed in a room with high enough ceilings. Our flower walls can be used for outdoor events but cannot withstand heavy rain and must be clear of ceiling fans and heaters.
Can the flower wall be moved during my event?
Yes. The flower walls can be moved to a different space however as they are heavy structures it will require several people or a suitable trolley to avoid injury. Should you need assistance to move locations, we are happy to try to arrange for someone to relocate the flower wall for you for additional fees.
Do I clean the donut wall before returning it?
We ask that you do not attempt to clean the donut walls from icing or put any of the pieces into a dishwasher. We have solutions that prevent rotting of the material.
What type of donuts fit on the donut wall?
We recommend donuts with a large hole in order to fit on the pegs. Supermarket donuts will not fit on the pegs. Each peg can fit 2-3 large sized donuts.
When do you deliver and pick up?
We try to work around your event schedule as much as possible. If your event is running until late we will try to collect it before close or arrange to pick up the following day if the venue allows it.
How are your flower walls installed?
Majority of our flower walls are completely freestanding and don’t require any fixings. Candy table flower walls are installed on an easel.
Can I add a sign or balloons to the flower wall?
Yes, you can! We love to see our flower walls styled however be mindful of how these items are being installed. Weight restrictions are below 1.5kg to avoid toppling over. Fishing line and zip ties are safe to use but no drilling or any other fixings that will cause damage.
When do I need to book by?
We encourage you to make your booking as early as possible – as soon as you have secured your venue and date. Some of our flower walls are booked out as early as a year in advance.
How do I make a booking?
Contact us on the contact page form with your date and preferred item so we may check availability first. Please note, your booking is only secured once your deposit payment has been received.
When do I need to pay the full amount?
Your payment is due on or before the day of delivery. Your deposit total will be deducted from the full amount.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and cash.
Do you charge for delivery?
We offer free delivery within a 20km radius of Hillside Victoria 3037 (storage depot). If your event is held further, delivery fees apply. This is calculated at $1.99 per kilometer.
E.g 10kms x $1.99 = $19.90
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
If you must cancel your booking with us, please let us know at your earliest convenience. Please note, your deposit is non-refundable.
How much do flower walls cost to hire?
Our prices start from a minimum hire rate of $149. Donut walls, $79.
Do you price match?
As the quality of our flower walls are of high standard using silk flowers and quality carpentry craftsmanship, and majority of our competition are using low quality flower heads on mesh panels, we are unable to price match.
Can you sponsor a flower wall for my event?
We do not accept requests for free hire for personal events. We may take on charity events, TV series, and the like at a reduced rate. Please contact us with your event details via the contact page form.
I don’t need the flower wall for 24 hours; can I have a discount?
Taking travel time, delivery costs, and making the product unavailable for somebody who may have wanted to hire it into consideration, we are unable to offer a discount. Please enquire at the time of booking if this is the case so we may discuss.
